I'm back!
After almost a week of no running, today I finally came back with a 2.75 mile run at 5mph, picked up exactly where I left it. Interesting is that during the day my knees were hurting me so I was contemplating whether I should run or do the elliptical machine, then I decided to run and that magically got rid of the pain. Looks like running is the secret to healthy knees.
