yay! i am a running machine! (okay you! yeah you, stop laughing! i didn’t start at the same place you did 5.5 is pretty darn good for me okay?!) it was hard when it got to the 2nd half of the mile but i knew i could do it so i kept on reminding myself and i did it! yay! and i got a better idea of where i am, .. 5.5 is a good work out, 6 would be a challenge. oh i think what helped was the orange juice. i normally have oatmeal+milk before i go work out but that takes longer time to digest (the protein) and according to what i read was too fibery, the result was either i didn’t wait long enough to go to the gym ended up upsetting my stomach or i simply just got distracted while waiting ended up reading books or putzing around online. so liquid juice with high sugar content would be perfect! it took me 30mins to feel ready to run.
oh and the leaks in the bathroom and the kitchen are fixed. and i’m eating complex carb healthy yummy shredded wheat, umm.. sooooo good!
not a bad start for the day huh? now all i need is coffee..
